HomeGoods logo exploratory

The present HomeGoods is in dire need of an update. The custom font has a dated, mid-80's, distinctly "off-price" feel in it's cut, and the roofline above it, although conceptually having some value, is too thin to work in any meaningful way, making it just another element that clutters up the logotype and the layouts it inhabits. I'm looking at ways to refresh the typeface, making it feel more streamlined, modern, and fresh, while also replacing the roofline with another take on the "we have everything under one roof" idea, while giving it some more heft and presence. Or, doing away with it all together.
